MEMORIAL DAY DETAILS

- Line up at 930AM, Parade at 10AM. 

- 😉Enter off 113 to Vivian St; Parade lineup on Kenwood, Charles andVivian. NO OTHER ENTRANCE POINTS WILL BE PERMITTED. Non Parade Vehicles will NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the parade line up area, even for participant drop offs.

- If you have multiple people and/or vehicles in your group,coordinate group-designated meet-up area BEFORE coming toline up. Drop-offs in the parade line-up area are prohibited.

- Unless specified order given, the parade line-up will be firstcome first serve, no saving space.

- The parade will take off from Kenwood, down Main Street, andenter Evergreen Cemetery for an honor ceremony.

- For ease of navigation once inside the cemetery, unlessotherwise directed, at the end of the parade route, any floats or oversized trucks with(out) trailers will be directed to turn into the school parking lot BEFORE the cemetery. We encourageyou to walk over to the cemetery from the school for the memorial honor ceremony.

- REMINDER: If you have candy, beads, or any other items for thecrowd, they are to be WALKED to the side of the road, NOT to bethrown. This is to keep children from running into the street.Your organization is responsible for following the agreed-uponrules to make it a fun and safe event for all!We are all hoping for no rain. Should Mother nature feelotherwise, we will contact you by 8 AM ONLY to let you knowthat the parade has been canceled. If you do not hear from usby 8 AM, the parade is on. There will not be a postponement ofthe event because several of the groups have other ceremoniesto be at.
